These terms govern your use of the BudDIY app. By using the app you agree to them.

Guidance only — no professional advice

BudDIY generates build plans, dimensions, materials lists, and permit-related information as high-level guidance for DIY planning. It is not engineering, legal, or code-compliance advice, and it is not a substitute for your jurisdiction's permit process. You are responsible for verifying all measurements, structural details, and code requirements, and for confirming permit obligations with your local building department before you build or buy.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Plans and computed outputs may contain errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BudDIY and its creator are not liable for damages arising from use of the app, including construction performed from its plans.

Your account and content

Using BudDIY requires an account. You keep ownership of the designs and projects you create. When you share a design privately, the people you invite can view and import a copy of it. Do not use names, usernames, or shared content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive; we may remove content or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app: no attempts to access other users' private data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer server components.

Termination

You can stop using BudDIY at any time and delete your account in the app (Account → Delete account). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
